Linda de Milford
Linda is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Therapeutic Counsellor with over 25 years of experience, gained through many years of working in the field of trauma and interpersonal violence. She is offering this retreat as a Non-For-Profit event for peers to share resources, discuss their practices and experience quality time to just relax, connect and enjoy each other’s company.
In her professional practice, Linda offers Individual and Family Therapy, Individual and Group Supervision, Court preparation, Professional Bio-psycho-social assessments and reports.
Her extensive knowledge and experience include:
- 10 years of experience with NSW Health Violence, Abuse and Neglect services, Richmond & Clarence Sexual Assault Services as Clinical Lead Social Worker & Sexual Assault Counsellor.
- 6 years of experience in the Domestic Violence sector, in roles including: Child & Family Specialist, Case Management, Therapeutic Group facilitator.
- 11 years in the NGO sector working with young people, particularly with those experiencing homelessness, young parents, young women and young First Nations people.
